做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
