做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
