做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
