做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
