做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
