做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
