做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
