做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
