做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
