做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
