做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
