做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
