做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
