做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
