做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
