做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
