做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
