做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
