做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
