做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
