做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
