做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
