做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
