做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
