做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
