做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
