做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
