做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
