做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
