做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
