做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
