做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
