做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
