做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
