做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
