做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
