做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
