在这个时节该如何调(diào )理养生?宋曙霞认(rèn )为,在饮食上(shàng )可多吃有芬芳气(qì )味的蔬(shū )菜,如(rú )韭菜、香(xiāng )菜、葱、蒜、荠(qí )菜、香椿等,以疏(shū )肝(gān )柔肝。另外,俗语称“春日吃春芽(yá )”,也就(jiù )是说这(zhè )个季节可吃鲜绿的嫩芽,比如豆芽、蒜(suàn )苗、豆苗(miáo )、莴(wō )苣等,禁食或少食(shí )辛辣刺激食物(wù ),以免肝火上炎。 -
