做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
