做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
