做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
