做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
