做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
