做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
