做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
