做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
