做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
