做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
