做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
