做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
